One of the major problem in our country facing today is misunderstanding.
Filipino is our national language. It is a very rich language. Through our language one express his ideas and aspiration. The late President Manuel L. Quezon, the father of Filipino language officially proclaimed that there should be one language of the Filipino people.
It is know to all that the assent of Pilipino is express they poems riddles, saying proverbs, stories and others. Filipino language should be loved, and used everyday. But most of the Filipino today hate and ashamed of us.

The health is important to our body so we need to be healthy.We need to eat nutritious food but in balance diet. To become a healthy person must feed that contains nutrients to built our energy and to become strong and healthy.
This theme "Sa Pagkaing Wasto at Sapat, Wastong Timbang ni Baby ang Katapat". Parents must give a nutritious food to their baby like milk. The baby will become strong and healthy if we feed them a nutritious food. We can get a nutrients in other foods like rice and vegetables. Give it to baby to become strong and healthy.

My letter to our President

Dear Mr. President,
Greetings in the name of our dear Lord, Jesus Christ.
I am Lord Vellman Reyes, a fourth year high school student in Ilocos Sur National High School.
First of all I would like to congratulate you for being a elected President of the Republic of the Philippines. Mr. President I would like to ask you a few questions. Why do you want to be a president? Did you want to be a president when you were little? I hope you have time to answer my questions. . . . .
